Cost-Effective Marine Installations Using Flatpack Systems
Traditional marine wastewater installations often required major ship modification, including cutting large openings in the hull to move treatment plants into position. This process was time-consuming, expensive and carried operational risks. By utilising the ACO Marine flatpack Clarimar system, Servac significantly reduces installation complexity and cost.
Flatpack systems allow components to be transported through existing access routes and assembled in situ, eliminating the need for hull penetrations and enabling installation in confined or restricted spaces. This approach is especially advantageous during refits and upgrades where downtime must be kept to a minimum.

UK Dockyard Installations and Global Project Support
While Servac primarily deliver installations within UK dockyards and via in-service riding crews, we also support international projects through the established ACO Marine agent network. This ensures that operators worldwide have access to qualified engineers and genuine ACO installation expertise.
Servicing and Maintenance for All Sewage Treatment Plants
In addition to new installations using ACO and ACO Marine technologies, Servac provide servicing, upgrades and maintenance for all types of sewage treatment plants. Our technicians are trained to optimise system performance, extend service life and ensure compliance with environmental regulations across marine and industrial applications.
